This issue of The Angler entitled "elevation" opened in January 2007. The stories I'm selecting for this collection are related through an aesthetic vision rather than a strict theme. Some of the stories you'll be seeing appear here have a foot in the future. All of them are stories I enjoy reading and rereading. Start with any story you want, but read them all if you can and then discuss the stories over on Catch & Release (you'll find discussion or "dialog" links in the table of contents below and in the stories themselves). Enjoy. --DH

Ralph Continued

David Axelrod continues the adventures of Ralph in his new story "How Electricity is Improving Our Lives". This time the reader steps into Ralph's shoes and sees the world the way he sees it. To catch up with Ralph, his adventures began in the previous issue of The Angler in Peter Anderson's "Ralph's Last Call."
